• 1. Reservations & Bookings
    1.1 Reservation Confirmation

    Reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit/debit card or prepayment. The hotel reserves the right to decline reservations without explanation. Group bookings (5 rooms or more) require separate contracts and additional terms.

    1.2 Payment Policy

    All rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise. The hotel may charge a security deposit at check-in, refundable upon check-out subject to room inspection. Promotional rates, advance purchase bookings, and discounted packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    1.3 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    Standard reservations: free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to check-in result in a one-night charge per reserved room. No-shows may result in cancellation of the entire reservation without refund. Special event or peak season bookings may require non-refundable deposits.

  • 2. Check-in & Check-out
    Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges. Valid government-issued ID/passport is required for all guests at check-in. Only registered guests are permitted in rooms. Visitors must register at reception and may be subject to charges.
  • 3. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities
    3.1 Code of Conduct

    Guests must respect other guests, staff, and property at all times. Disruptive behavior, intoxication, harassment, or violence will result in eviction without refund.

    3.2 Damage & Loss

    Guests are financially responsible for damage to rooms, furnishings, or facilities. Charges will be applied to the guest’s account and must be settled prior to departure. Removal of hotel property (towels, decor, electronics, etc.) will be treated as theft and reported.

    3.3 Prohibited Activities

    Illegal activities or possession of prohibited items (weapons, drugs, etc.) are strictly forbidden. Commercial filming or photography without prior written approval is not allowed. Subletting or assigning rooms to third parties is prohibited.

  • 4. Facilities & Amenities
    4.1 Internet

    Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. The hotel is not responsible for outages, speed issues, or misuse of the service.

    4.2 Parking

    Guest parking is available. The hotel is not liable for theft, damage, or accidents involving vehicles.

    4.3 Pool, Gym & Spa

    Use of recreational facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Proper swimwear and attire must be used.

    4.4 Restaurant & Bar

    Alcohol is served in compliance with local laws. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals.

  • 5. Children, Extra Beds & Pets
    5.1 Children Policy

    Children under 6 years stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents. Additional beds or baby cots are subject to availability and charges.

    5.2 Pets Policy

    Pets are not allowed unless expressly approved in advance. Service animals may be permitted subject to documentation.

  • 6. Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs
    Leork Hotels maintains a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor public areas. A cleaning fee will apply for violations of the non-smoking policy. Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden and will result in eviction and police notification.
  • 7. Safety, Security & Liability
    CCTV cameras operate in public areas for guest safety. Guests should use in-room safes for valuables; the hotel is not responsible for theft or loss. The hotel is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses sustained during a guest’s stay, except where required by law.
  • 8. Events, Functions & Group Bookings
    All events, conferences, or group bookings must be confirmed in writing. Additional security deposits and advance payments may apply. The hotel reserves the right to impose noise restrictions and cancel events that disrupt guests.
  • 9. Force Majeure
    The hotel shall not be liable or responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or interruptions of utilities. In such cases, deposits may not be refunded.
  • 10. Privacy & Data Protection
    Personal information is collected for booking, billing, and service purposes only. We do not sell or share guest information with third parties, except where required by law. Our website may use cookies to improve functionality and user experience.
  • 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Rawalpindi. Guests agree to attempt amicable settlement before seeking legal remedies.
  • 12. Amendments
    Leork Hotels reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the official website and will take effect immediately.
